I'm New - What Should I Expect
It is never easy to visit a new church for the first time. We want to make your first experience a good one. Here's an overview of what you can expect on a typical Sunday.
What should I wear?
At our church we want everyone to feel comfortable. You will see people in jeans, shorts, dresses and the occasional suit. Come the way you feel most comfortable.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just your desire to know God and hear his word.
What is a normal Sunday service like?
We have a classic service at our church with both hymns and more contemporary music. Everyone worships in their own unique way – for many, that means singing & clapping, and for others it means quietly reflecting on the words. However, our focus is on hearing God's word and spreading that word to our community and the world. Simply put, we do not try to compete with the world on the world's terms.
What about my kids?
We have a newly remodeled children's area for Sunday School and we provide a nursery for children 2 and younger during our services. Click here to visit our children's department.
